STEPS TO GET STARTED
The first step is to pay the license and service fees. Please be advised that payment in full is required to begin the process and all fees are Nonrefundable. Payments can be made via PayPal, money order, or certified check.
COMPLETE THEINFORMATION SHEET
You must complete a required information sheet with your personal information. The information sheet is available in two formats: MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader. We will email or fax the information to you!
MAKE COPIES OF YOURPHOTO ID
The information sheet must be received with a copy of your USA Driver's License, State Photo ID OR Passport. Make sure your copies are legible please!
SEND EVERYTHING VIAE-MAIL OR POSTAL MAIL
Send your information sheet and Photo ID copy to the e-mail or mailing address listed on the form. After we receive those two documents from you, you will receive additional instructions to complete the process. If you plan to send the documents via mail, I strongly recommend you use Express Service to avoid any delays.
There are NO refunds of any kind including if we cannot complete the process because of delay!
FINAL STEPS INCLUDE:
After we receive your payment, completed form and copies for your photo ID's, we will request a Florida Marriage License on your behalf.
The Clerk of the Courts will give us your "unofficial" Marriage License which we will send to you via e-mail. Back home, you will need to print and notarize this license along with some additional documents that we will e-mail you as well.
Finally, you will send the license and notarized documents back to us via Postal Mail and we will go back to the Clerk's Office to make your license "official and final". Once your license is validated as final, it will be sent to you OR your Officiant via Postal Mail.
Don't worry - the process is simpler than it seems and you will be given step by step instructions on what to do!
